September 30, 2019: Submission of the Complete Article.

September 16-20, 2019: RADIO 2019.

Rules for the work of RADIO 2019

1. Papers will be selected only on the basis of the Expanded Abstracts of no more than two pages. The Template is on the event website (download here).

2. Expanded Abstracts will be submitted through the BJRS website. The space reserved for this event is already open on the newspaper’s website – Expanded Abstracts. This place with the Accepted Abstracts will constitute the Proceedings of RADIO 2019 and will be available on the event website and in the APP that will be made available to all participants of the event.

3. The full papers will be submitted in BJRS format and will be analyzed by two reviewers (formed by BJRS official reviewers and some more accredited by the Scientific Committee – download here). The number of papers contemplated for publication shall be defined by the Scientific Committee among those approved by the Reviewers.

4. For the submission of the complete paper, it is necessary to access the author’s exclusive area and to continue the submission of the paper as another step of evaluation of the expanded abstract, requiring only the upload of the complete paper.

5. The papers to be presented at the oral sessions will be selected by the Scientific Committee and evaluated in the same way as was used in the RADIO 2017, for the purposes of awards. Those to be presented in the form of posters will also be evaluated in a similar way to what was done during RADIO 2017 for awarding purposes. The evaluators of this evaluation stage for awards will also be indicated by the Scientific Committee.

Submission of abstracts

The submission of the expanded abstract will be performed on the BJRS Magazine platform and should include ALL authors involved, as well as be included in the “RADIO2019” section.
